Overview In this role you will develop detailed cost estimates for commercial and healthcare construction projects and support overall project management. You will review blueprints, gather specifications, and conduct site visits to inform time, cost, materials, and labor projections. You will monitor budgets and update estimates through project lifecycles, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning and control. Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, preferably commercial/healthcare
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
