Overview In this role, you lead the Master Data team responsible for ERP master data accuracy and governance to enable reliable planning and operations. You collaborate across Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, PMMO, Finance, and IT to align data standards and ensure data quality. You will drive the development of standardized data processes, controls, and reporting to improve ERP integrity and business execution. Responsibilities- Lead the Master Data team and set priorities aligned with functional objectives
- Establish standard data processes, controls, reporting, and documentation
- Govern ERP master data and related planning data across sites
- Drive data quality reviews, audits, and exception management
- Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, IT to resolve data issues
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor data quality and process performance
- Support integration of master data with ERP/MRP, Demand Planning, and SIOP processes
- Oversee PMMO/material grouping governance and standard work
- Oversee sales order data governance and controls for accurate downstream planning
Key requirements- 8+ years of experience in Operations, Materials/Inventory Management, ERP/MRP, Master Data or related functions
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence
- Proven ability to lead process improvements with minimal supervision
