Overview As a Video Editor in The Studio's Media Team, you shape versatile video content for Revance's brands, social channels, and internal communications. You collaborate with producers, directors, writers, designers, and marketers to deliver compelling storytelling aligned with brand strategy and business goals. You will handle fast-paced, multi-project workloads while preserving high-quality output. Responsibilities- Edit a wide variety of video content including commercials, branded content, social assets, sizzle reels, interviews, and internal communications
- Create polished edits with pacing, music, motion graphics, typography, color correction, sound design, and VFX to communicate brand messaging
- Collaborate with producers, directors, writers, designers, and creative teams through all production phases
- Apply storytelling to produce engaging, emotionally resonant, audience-focused content
- Stay current with new editing techniques, social media trends, and platform best practices
- Manage fast-turnaround content while balancing multiple projects and priorities
- Source and integrate licensed music, sound effects, and stock assets to enhance storytelling
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity
- Maintain consistent visual brand standards across all video deliverables
- Prepare, process, export, and archive media in multiple formats and delivery specs
- Organize media, file structures, and backups for efficient collaboration and long-term asset management
- Present work professionally and communicate editing decisions clearly
- Contribute ideas to improve quality, workflows, and team efficiency
- Ensure professional delivery and alignment with project objectives
Key requirements- BA or higher in film, television and/or media production, or equivalent portfolio demonstrating skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience in an agency, production studio, or corporate setting
- Proven expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing cinematic storytelling, commercial editing, motion graphics, pacing, and creative execution
