Overview In this role you will provide administrative support to the Recruitment team and oversee day-to-day tasks to keep the operation efficient. You will work closely with internal teams, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth interview scheduling, follow-up, and high-level customer service. The position requires strong IT and multitasking abilities to navigate a fast-paced healthcare environment, with opportunities to contribute through special projects and front desk coverage. You help shape a responsive, organized recruitment process that supports workforce needs and candidate experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide high-level customer service to internal/external candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
- Coordinate daily communications with departments and locums agencies
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate follow-up for the Recruitment team
- Build relationships with hiring managers and departments across facilities
- Cover front desk duties as needed and support special projects
