Overview In this role you drive GenAI-powered, end-to-end AI solutions for FBA's seller ecosystem, shaping agentic capabilities that operate at scale. You'll collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product partners to deploy production-grade models that impact high-frequency seller workflows. This is a high-visibility role directly supporting Amazon business leaders, focused on turning AI insights into fast, actionable decisions. You'll design a scalable GenAI architecture and guide a roadmap aligned with customer needs to boost efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities- Design, build and deploy GenAI architectures end to end
- Apply state-of-the-art ML and GenAI to solve diverse business problems across seller supply chain systems
- Define the team's long-term science vision and roadmap based on customer needs
- Partner with scientists and software engineers for real-time model implementations and high-impact features
- Establish scalable, automated processes for large-scale data analyses, model benchmarking, evaluation and implementation
- Advocate ML solutions to business stakeholders, engineering teams, and executives
Key requirements- PhD, or Master's degree and 5+ years of applied research experience
- 5+ years of building ML models for business applications
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java or Perl
- Expertise in deep learning, machine learning, and GenAI
