Responsibilities- Provide underwriting support, counsel, and authorization for title insurance commitments and policies
- Apply underwriting standards within delegated authority to underwrite title insurance
- Offer guidance on real estate settlement services
- Issue underwriting standards and guidelines per established processes
Key requirements- 5-7 years title underwriting experience (commercial preferred)
- Law Degree required and admitted to practice law
- Licensed to practice law in good standing
- Familiar with real estate law
- Strong analytical rigor and business acumen
