Overview In this role you lead creative excellence at HEX Studio by steering a team of Creative Technologists to craft tech-enabled storytelling. You shape innovative campaigns using AI, immersive experiences, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with agencies, partners, and clients. You balance craft, strategy, and technology to deliver culturally resonant work at global scale. You will drive the adoption of generative AI and emerging tech to push storytelling boundaries, while maintaining high-quality delivery and team motivation.

Responsibilities- Define and execute creative projects for HEX campaigns through AI, Gaming, experience and more, from brief to execution
- Champion the use of generative AI and emerging technologies in creative development; lead cross-functional initiatives to explore new storytelling formats and data-informed creativity
- Support the team in utilizing data for insights and proof of concept, shaping narratives with customer and client needs in mind
- Ensure Creative Excellence through Craft with meticulous attention to detail from presentation to execution
- Lead and mentor the team, removing blockers and maintaining high motivation and satisfaction
- Collaborate across WPP with partners and clients, building strong relationships and a can-do attitude to deliver outcomes
Key requirements- 10+ years of advertising industry experience (or related), including 5+ years in a creative leadership role
- Art Direction background with strong understanding of technology including AI tools, generative design, UX/UI
- Experience leading campaigns for top global clients across regions and markets
- Exceptional creative judgment with a portfolio of bold, innovative work
- Strong strategic thinking bridging creative, tech, and business priorities
