Tax Manager

In this role you will lead the review of complex federal and multi-state tax filings and support client engagements from a collaborative, inclusive firm. You will mentor staff, coordinate with partners on tax planning, and ensure accurate projections and workpapers. • Review complex Federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, non-profit organizations, and pass-through entities
• Review quarterly and year-end tax projections
• Review tax workpapers
• Deliver clear requests for information via phone or email to clients
• Research Federal, state, and cross-border tax issues
• Strategize with partners and engagement teams on tax planning
• Mentor, train, and supervise staff with management team

• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree
• CPA
• Field of study: Accounting, Finance and/or Taxation
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
