Overview In this role you guide clients through the pre-litigation lifecycle within a large, nationwide personal injury firm. You will work with a team to move matters toward resolution or litigation readiness, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The position offers exposure to high-volume pre-suit cases and opportunities to contribute to a trial team. You will leverage strong advocacy and client service to drive outcomes and support firm-wide KPIs.

Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work
- Complete Flip-to-Lit approval
- Guide clients through the case process
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents
- Complete TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and formation of demand packages
- Manage the release approval process
- Supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on personal injury and general liability cases
- Drive compliance and KPIs across the team
- Process EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements
Key requirements- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Bar in good standing
- 1+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
