Responsibilities- Use internal and external data to analyze trends, clients, competitors, and regulatory factors
- Complete assignments on time with minimal supervision, seeking guidance when needed
- Execute rate development and state rate filings aligning with Group Finance Strategy
- Provide actuarial support for pricing models impacting product, underwriting, finance, and distribution
- Recommend and apply advanced techniques to improve pricing accuracy and modernization
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a mathematics-based field
- Actuarial exams ongoing toward Actuarial Fellow designation (Society of Actuaries)
- Minimum of two years actuarial work experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and experience with actuarial modeling / data visualization software
- Ability to communicate pricing analyses to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Strong analytical and technical abilities to synthesize complex information
