Overview As Senior Architect you will guide the architectural team through design and construction, coordinating with clients, discipline leads, and Exyte management. You will lead technical solutions for complex design challenges and ensure constructability and coordination across drawings and specifications. You'll mentor designers and interns, shape office standards, and maintain accountability for architectural designs. You join a fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration and diplomacy with multiple stakeholders drive critical projects in semiconductor facilities.
Responsibilities- Train and develop Architectural Designers across processes, standards, and procedures
- Coordinate and oversee the team to deliver technically sound design solutions
- Review architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination
- Collaborate with design/technical teams on design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents
- Maintain primary accountability for architectural designs and share design responsibility
- Mentor interns and junior project members
- Participate in developing office standards and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Architectural License (AIA) required
- 14+ years professional experience
- 5+ years experience with semiconductor and microelectronics facilities
- Experience with Autodesk Building System Software
