Overview In this onsite role in McKinney, you lead cross-functional RF programs, guiding design, fabrication, testing, and production of RF CCAs for radar and EW systems. You'll align stakeholders, manage risks, and drive technical decisions across the full product lifecycle. You'll combine hands-on engineering with project leadership to deliver mission-critical solutions that advance defense capabilities. Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership to ensure RF efforts meet program goals
- Interface with customers, chief engineers, and leads to set priorities
- Oversee design, fabrication, rework, testing, integration, and transition to production
- Drive decision-making, track progress, manage risks, and communicate status
- Work in lab/production to develop, verify, troubleshoot, and integrate CCAs/sub-systems
- Occasional travel as required
Key requirements- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent
- 8 years of relevant experience in hardware/system development (RF, radar, EW, RF/ Digital CCAs)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex hardware projects
- Experience with program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Hands-on RF technologies knowledge (receivers, ADCs, transmitters, frequency synthesizers)
- Experience with tools: Signal generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, Xpedition, SystemVue/Genesys, ADS, HFSS
- Eligibility to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance (Citizenship required)
