Client Service - Product Support Specialist - Tax and Payroll

Overview

In this role you support ADP clients by researching issues, resolving funding-related and payroll tax service challenges, and guiding clients through requirements and timelines. You act as a trusted advisor, leveraging product knowledge to provide practical solutions and clear explanations. You'll build strong relationships with clients and partners while delivering accuracy and timely follow-through in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Be the funding expert: assist clients with tax deposits and funding guidelines while adhering to the Risk Policy
  • Serve as trusted advisor and problem solver to resolve client issues and provide solutions
  • Build relationships with clients and service partners via phone, email, and chat to exceed expectations
  • Leverage ADP product services knowledge to explain value and turn input into recommendations for leadership
  • Demonstrate client focus by troubleshooting and resolving payroll and tax issues in a timely, professional manner
Key requirements
  • 2+ years in client service, banking, billing, financial operations, reconciliation, insurance, accounting support, or related environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication to explain complex information and set expectations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and documentation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
