Overview In this role you will govern and grow the Aladdin-based front office platform for over 200 users, ensuring operational excellence and timely issue resolution. You will collaborate with business and technology partners across State Street to align platform outcomes with IM's strategic goals. You will coordinate across internal teams to secure ongoing process excellence, risk control, and onboarding of new products and integrations. This is a hands-on leadership position that shapes platform development and adoption in a fast-moving investment environment.

Responsibilities- Drive process excellence for smooth start of day operations
- Coordinate with internal support teams and BlackRock Solutions to prioritize and resolve issues for PMs, Traders, Operations, Risk, and Investment Oversight
- Support platform and program delivery teams with onboarding of new products and integrations
- Ensure risk excellence, regulatory compliance, third-party monitoring, risk assessments, and DR/failover testing
Key requirements- 10 years of experience in financial services technology
- Experience supporting BlackRock's Aladdin platform
- Deep understanding of front-to-back investment lifecycle (portfolio management, trading, operations, IBOR)
- Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks, service-level oversight, and operational resiliency
