Overview In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers using our SaaS wealth-tech CRM. You will lead onboarding and integrations, configure products with multiple stakeholders, and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure successful adoption and retention. You'll work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and support enterprise accounts at scale. Responsibilities- Lead complex onboarding and/or integrations
- Assist with product configurations across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Key requirements- Experience supporting SaaS applications
