Overview In this role you drive analytical support for lender oversight, risk monitoring, and portfolio analytics within a government-facing consulting context. You will leverage data, econometric and risk modeling techniques to build and operate analytics infrastructure and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights through dashboards, reports, and documentation that support leadership decisions. This position offers the chance to influence credit analytics practice in a federal environment with substantial data and modeling work.

Responsibilities- Support lender oversight, risk monitoring, and portfolio analytics efforts
- Develop and maintain analytics infrastructure (EDW, predictive scoring, Tableau dashboards) and deliver risk analytics and lender performance reporting
- Produce ad hoc and periodic client reporting and document data sources, methodologies, and quality checks
- Ingest, clean, test, and combine data from multiple systems; assess data quality and summarize statistical findings in written products
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial data analysis or financial services consulting
- Ability to obtain and maintain Federal or DoD Public Trust (active preferred); US citizenship required
- Experience developing statistical, econometric, or cash flow models in credit analytics; ability to explain outputs concisely
- Willingness to work onsite in Washington, DC at least 3 days per week
