• Lead corporate and business litigation matters through all stages of litigation (from evaluation to trial or settlement)
• Prepare and file legal documents (complaints, motions, briefs, discovery) with accuracy and strategic focus
• Develop litigation strategies via research, facts analysis, and risk assessment
• Represent clients in depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trial-related proceedings
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Advise clients on business disputes with practical guidance aligned to client objectives
