Overview In Boston, you will lead PA's US Design Practice, translating global design capability into regional execution to drive high-impact, multidisciplinary projects. You'll build and grow a high-performing team, align design work with regulated product development and business growth, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. The role blends design leadership with commercial impact in Health & Life Sciences and other sectors. You'll champion human-centered design as a differentiator in complex product development at scale.
Responsibilities- Lead the US Design Practice and align with global priorities
- Oversee delivery of complex multidisciplinary programs from ideation to implementation
- Build and maintain senior client relationships and act as trusted advisor
- Drive business development and shape propositions to convert pipeline into high-value engagements
- Ensure consistent application of design methods and standards across delivery
- Develop and lead high-performing design teams and capability
- Advocate for human-centered design within multidisciplinary, regulated environments
- Represent PA and the Design Capability internally and externally
Key requirements- Senior design leader with strong client-facing and delivery experience
- Proven track record leading complex multidisciplinary product development programmes
- Significant experience within MedTech and regulated product development
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 13485) and regulatory frameworks
- Strong commercial awareness and track record in growth and business development
- Ability to build, lead and develop high-performing teams
