Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive case files, including legal research, discovery, and factual investigations
- Review and analyze medical records and detailed medical chronologies
- Draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, and case progress reports
- Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Maintain accurate, contemporaneous time records for billable activities
- Meet billable hour targets while upholding quality and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
