Overview In this role you will lead the quarterly earnings process from an end-to-end perspective across International, partnering with Investor Relations. You will prepare detailed analyses and deep dives to support planning and forecasting, and present results to senior management with clear storytelling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and International markets to improve financial processes and drive performance. You will mentor associates and uphold integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement within the team. Responsibilities- Lead the quarterly earnings process end-to-end for International in partnership with Investor Relations
- Prepare detailed financial analyses and deep dives to support planning and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international markets to develop and improve financial processes
- Present earnings, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear storytelling
- Mentor and develop associates to build a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous improvement
- Drive adhoc deep dives and analyses across planning and forecasting functions
- Foster partnerships across the organization to drive strong performance across the portfolio
Key requirements- Experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support performance and expense targets
- Strong communication skills to present earnings and business cases to senior/executive management
- Demonstrated leadership and partnership skills across teams and with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to drive business plans, remove obstacles, and adapt strategies to meet operational/customer needs
