Overview

In this role, you will lead admissions operations at our Newport Beach location, guiding a high-performing team to optimize referrals and conversions. You will collaborate with clinical, outreach, and operations teams to align admissions with growth goals and our holistic, integrative approach. You'll develop and execute strategies that drive measurable admissions results while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards. This position offers the opportunity to shape the admissions function in a fast-paced behavioral health setting and contribute to lasting client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute admissions, outreach, and sales strategies
  • Manage admissions operations and ensure strong follow-up and conversion of referrals
  • Build, train, and motivate admissions/sales teams
  • Develop strategies to increase admissions and support business growth
  • Establish performance goals and hold team members accountable
  • Monitor admissions activity, performance metrics, and business development opportunities
  • Collaborate with clinical, outreach, and operational teams
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Take initiative, solve problems, and deliver results
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, healthcare admissions, or related field preferred
  • Experience managing, training, and motivating admissions/sales/business development teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute measurable strategies
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of admissions process and referral development in healthcare preferred
