Overview In this role you will own the Reno market for a national leader in commercial flooring, building and leading a satellite operation. You will drive sales, oversee estimating and project delivery, and cultivate long-term relationships across the commercial construction community. You'll work with cross-functional teams to win work, manage bids and takeoffs, and ensure successful project execution from award to completion. This position suits an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives with autonomy and direct impact on regional growth. You will shape the market presence while aligning with the company's growth objectives.
Compensation / Benefits- Base Salary: $80K-$120K

Responsibilities- Lead business development across Reno and Northern Nevada
- Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, property managers, developers, architects, and end users
- Identify, pursue, and secure commercial flooring opportunities
- Oversee estimating, project management, and job execution from award through completion
- Coordinate with field installation teams to ensure project delivery
- Manage branch-level operations and serve as primary client contact
- Drive market growth and strengthen regional presence
Key requirements- Proven experience in commercial flooring sales, estimating, project management, or branch operations
- Strong understanding of bids, takeoffs, project costing, and commercial construction processes
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and develop new business relationships
- Existing network within the Northern Nevada construction market preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
