Overview In this role you lead on-site construction for a mining project, driving safe, efficient execution within contract, schedule, and cost constraints. You will coordinate multi-functional teams across offices and site locations, ensuring alignment with Fluor's policies and quality standards. You'll actively manage risks and steer project performance to meet objectives, while serving as the principal point of accountability to leadership and the client. Responsibilities- Direct execution of assigned project adhering to prime contract and Fluor policies
- Lead risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies
- Align activities across all functions, departments, and locations
- Oversee adherence to the company Quality Program
- Support Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability policies
- Coordinate site activities and communication within site/project areas and with other offices
- Ensure work stays within approved scope and regulatory requirements
- Serve as single point of accountability to senior management, client, and community
Key requirements- Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study
- Twenty (20) years of related experience, or twenty-four (24) years if non-degreed
- Effective communication with diverse audiences
