Overview In this role you help higher education institutions modernize their ERP platforms on cloud, driving domain-focused design and client outcomes. You will work within a cross-functional team to navigate decentralized governance, complex regulatory needs, and integration touchpoints. AI-assisted delivery is part of standard practice to boost quality and speed. This role offers exposure to large-scale transformations across finance, HR, payroll, procurement, or research administration in universities.

Responsibilities- Lead the functional tower in your domain on Cloud ERP implementations for higher education clients
- Own design decisions drawing on platform capability and institutional operating models
- Build and maintain relationships with client functional leaders and engage as a peer
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change management within your tower
- Navigate integration complexity with other enterprise systems and reporting environments
- Apply AI-assisted analysis and delivery acceleration in day-to-day work
- Communicate status, risk, and decisions to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to proposals by bringing domain credibility for higher education evaluators
Key requirements- Minimum 5 years of consulting or functional experience in higher education or community college environments with deep expertise in at least one domain (finance, HR, payroll, procurement, or research administration)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on delivery experience with a Cloud ERP platform in a functional or technical capacity, leading a tower/workstream on a large-scale ERP engagement
