Overview In this role you drive SAP-based Product Compliance and Sustainability programs for global clients, shaping strategy and delivering transformational solutions. You serve as an advisor and delivery leader, guiding technology choices, design, and implementation to improve compliance and performance. You will mentor teams, grow ERM's SAP practice, and influence the direction of SAP EHS capabilities. The work combines regulatory expertise with digital transformation to enable sustainable, compliant operations.
Responsibilities- Lead sales pursuits, scoping, effort estimation, and project planning
- Shape growth strategies, campaigns, and market programs for SAP practice
- Lead client presentations, workshops, and executive discussions
- Advise on SAP EHS, Product Compliance, and Sustainability technology strategies
- Assess requirements and design scalable SAP solutions aligned with client objectives
- Oversee blueprinting, requirements gathering, and solution architecture
- Develop functional/technical specifications to support implementations
- Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP Product Compliance projects across phases
- Guide configuration, testing, deployment, data migration, and user adoption
- Support change management and adoption of new processes and technologies
- Lead consulting teams, provide technical leadership and QA
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, SAP stakeholders, and networks
- Deliver knowledge transfer, training, and long-term support strategies
Key requirements- 5-10 years of consulting or industry experience in Product Compliance, Sustainability, EHS, or SAP solutions
- Proven experience delivering at least six full lifecycle implementations
- Experience leading four or more full-cycle SAP Product Compliance implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- Strong expertise in Product Stewardship, Product Compliance, chemical regulations, and sustainability processes
- Deep understanding of SAP Product Compliance, Specification Database, SDS, Dangerous Goods, Global Label Management, and related solutions
- Knowledge of SAP integrations across MM, Procurement, Logistics, Shipping, Customer Master Data, and Manufacturing
- Track record in business development, proposal management, project estimation, and client relationship management
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

- ABAP, SAP BTP, APIs, iDocs, ALE, and integration technologies
