Overview In this HR Business Partner role, you will advise and influence leaders across the organization on strategic HR initiatives to foster a high-performing culture. You'll act as a data-driven consultant, aligning People & Culture priorities with business goals to support employees and operations. You will partner with leaders to translate workforce data into actionable insights and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet staffing needs. Responsibilities- Provide strategic HR consultation to designated client groups and design/assess HR programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives and align People & Culture priorities with business goals
- Analyze workforce data and rounding insights to drive data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support staffing needs and workforce planning
- Mentor and coach HR professionals and participate in HR committees/projects
Key requirements- 5 years of professional HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field (with substitution option for some hires)
- HR certifications within 2 years (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or equivalent)
- Knowledge of HR functions/Centers of Excellence and their application
- Proficiency in MS Office and PeopleSoft; strong data analysis and time management skills
- Knowledge of current laws, regulations, and compliance issues affecting HR
- Strong communication across all organizational levels
- Ability to build collaborative relationships
