Overview

In this role you support Perry Homes' Corporate Talent Team, shaping how we develop, retain, and mobilize talent. You'll document conversations, track progress, and assist with assessments, succession planning, and reviews, becoming a trusted partner to leadership. The position blends hands-on coordination with strategic impact, offering growth in a modern talent function. You will work across teams to translate strategy into action, contributing to a high-impact workforce that fuels our mission.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative support for the Corporate Talent Management Team across departments
  • Document meetings and extract themes on performance, skills, and development
  • Track learning, development participation, and outcomes to measure ROI
  • Maintain records for development plans, nine-box data, and talent review materials
  • Assist with materials for succession planning, workforce strategy, and performance discussions
  • Develop knowledge of Perry Homes' talent tools, frameworks, and processes
  • Collaborate with Talent Development to document training progress and completions
  • Partner with Field Talent Specialist on crossover initiatives
  • Prepare and contribute to talent dashboards, reports, and leadership insights
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
  • 1-3 years in HR, Talent Management, or Learning & Development support
  • Familiarity with nine-box framework and talent assessment/succession planning
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to connect talent strategy to workforce needs and business goals
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
