Staff Accountant

In this permanent, full-time role, you will represent Robert Half while working onsite with clients on accounting projects. You will handle core accounting tasks and collaborate with client teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. You contribute to close processes, reconciliations, and compliance, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audits. This position offers exposure to diverse client environments and opportunities to drive efficiency in accounting workflows.

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Support audit requests and prepare necessary documentation
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency
