Overview In this role you support organizational strategy development, execution, and performance tracking through data analytics. You partner with leaders across functions to mine, manage, and transform data into actionable insights that drive growth and operational improvement. You lead end-to-end analytics initiatives and guide reporting from concept to delivery, shaping strategic decisions. You will mentor and train the analytics team, fostering data-driven decision making across the organization. Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives aligning with enterprise strategic priorities, growth plans, and service line development
- Develop, manage and maintain data infrastructure and identify data sources essential for performance analyses
- Produce market and service line analyses to support organizational cadence of performance reviews
- Generate actionable reports from conception to production, driving strategic business decisions
- Train onboarding and mentor analysts, providing technical guidance on tools, methodologies, and reporting standards
- Provide expert guidance on data strategy and analytics methodology across multiple business functions
- Collaborate with physician recruitment and enterprise management to monitor provider landscape changes
- Support regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., AHCA facility licenses) and organizational performance tracking
- Assist with organizational and leadership performance tracking and project management within the division
Key requirements- Five years of data analytics experience in healthcare, business development, marketing, strategic planning, or related operations
- Two years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor's Degree (and Master's preferred) in Accounting, Business, Communication, Finance, Marketing, related field, or Health Care; or equivalent experience
