Overview In this role you will partner with designated business units to align workforce plans with organizational goals. You will lead organizational assessments, close performance gaps, and drive employee engagement through strategic HR initiatives. You will oversee employee relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with managers on talent strategies and workforce planning. You will monitor HR metrics to drive data-informed improvements and standardize HR processes, shaping a culture of continuous learning within a dynamic healthcare organization.
Responsibilities- Provide HR consultation to business units and define strategies to meet objectives
- Develop workforce plans aligned with industry trends and organizational needs
- Conduct organizational assessments to address performance gaps
- Oversee employee relations, investigations, and regulatory compliance
- Implement talent strategies, recruiting activities, and effective hiring processes
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Standardize HR processes across departments for consistency
- Provide coaching to managers and employees to enhance skills
- Lead talent management initiatives for high-potential employees
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7-10 years of HRBP or similar experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and influence stakeholders
- Experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations
