Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Direct Material categories (Hydraulics, Power Group, Drive Systems) ensuring competitiveness and supply resilience
- Ensure supplier adherence to Sandvik policies and contracts (NDA, ABC, Trade Compliance)
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities across indirect categories
- Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and compliance with sustainability and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR) to align sourcing with business objectives
- Identify emerging technologies or sources to reduce total costs while optimizing performance (Total Cost of Ownership, Inventory Management, Capacity Analysis, Risk Mitigation)
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or similar discipline
- Minimum 5 years of direct material sourcing or procurement experience
- Ability to work in the U.S. on a full-time indefinite basis without employer sponsorship
