Responsibilities- Lead and implement operational strategies, process improvements, and workflow enhancements for efficiency, scalability, and service quality
- Develop, coach, and engage team members; foster accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and client-focused service
- Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to drive informed decision-making and ongoing improvement
- Manage operational resources, workforce planning, budgets, and expenses to support objectives and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices; identify and mitigate risks
- Support client retention and growth through exceptional service and resolution of complex issues
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align priorities and improve business outcomes
- Champion process optimization, automation, and technology adoption to enhance effectiveness and scalability
Key requirements- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- Strong business judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and leverage data for improvements
- Understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive factors
- Experience delivering exceptional client and colleague experiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years in Commercial insurance or related industry
- Experience in Commercial Insurance Transportation and 2+ years managing teams
