You partner with senior leadership to shape roadmaps, investment, and operating models, balancing innovation with risk and regulatory needs. You translate strategy into actionable technology programs and ensure delivery accountability across the function. Responsibilities- Act as the primary technology and AI partner to Risk Advisory and GCUO to shape business direction
- Translate AI and technology insights into commercial implications for exec decision-making
- Convert strategy into a funded technology and AI roadmap with prioritized initiatives
- Drive governance across the Tech & AI leadership and ensure coordination of disciplines
- Represent Risk Advisory and GCUO in enterprise investment forums and manage ROI-focused cases
- Own the technology and AI portfolio for Risk Advisory and GCUO with delivery oversight and risk management
- Report delivery confidence, risks, financials, and benefits to Global Leadership Team partners
- Influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across underwriting, claims, pricing, finance, and operations
- Drive enterprise AI adoption, plan adoption/operating model impacts, and workforce readiness
- Ensure AI is embedded into workflows with responsible AI, privacy, and model risk controls
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Security to meet regulatory and control requirements
- Shape vendor strategy with Procurement and Technology leadership and manage supplier performance and contracts
