Overview In this role you will support and strengthen our technology environment in New York, focusing on cloud, network, and server operations. You'll build automation to streamline deployments and improve reliability, while enforcing security and providing end-user support. You'll work with internal teams and external partners to ensure resilient, well-documented infrastructure and continuous service improvements.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day administration of cloud platforms, including compute services, access controls, security configurations, and monitoring
- Develop and refine automation tools to streamline deployments and reduce manual tasks
- Maintain wired and wireless networks for stable connectivity and security
- Support server operations and contribute to disaster recovery, business continuity, and cybersecurity initiatives
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and enterprise security policies
- Assess emerging technologies and propose solutions to improve operations and information protection
- Create and update system documentation, standard procedures, troubleshooting references, and change logs
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and service providers on projects, escalations, and service delivery
- Provide timely technical assistance to employees and support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning efforts
