Job description

Senior Office Admin needs 3 years
-3 Years Experience in an office setting
College Grad preferred
3-4 days in the office
Excel (basic data entry; Preferred: Pivot tables, V look up)
PowerPoint building decks
Microsoft Office / Outlook experience
Skilled with taking minutes from meetings including actionable outcomes
Calendaring
Scheduling
VP support

Duties:
Dossier creation (presentations) Photos, lease plans, traffic and demographic info, proofreadin
Market maps in PDF and on internal software too
Meeting minutes taking minutes in a professional manner to be shared with brand leadership
Meeting agendas
