Overview In this role, you will source and engage candidates to fill CQV, validation, and other life sciences positions. You will support the Compliance/CQV team from candidate outreach to onboarding, collaborating with senior recruiters and hiring managers. You'll build and maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience. You'll leverage sourcing tools to identify active and passive candidates and keep ATS data accurate. This position offers the opportunity to shape talent capability for technically complex projects at IPS, driving efficient hiring in a global context.
Responsibilities- Source and identify qualified candidates for CQV, validation, engineering, and other life sciences roles
- Conduct initial outreach and phone screenings to assess fit and availability
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure positive experience
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to align on requirements and priorities
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track recruitment progress
- Support the recruitment process from candidate identification to submission to the hiring team
- Assist with interview scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination
- Provide salary range guidance based on market levels
- Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding documentation
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent recruiting experience
- Prior agency recruiting experience, 2+ years preferred
- Strong networking ability and proficiency with LinkedIn and sourcing tools
