Overview

In this role you safeguard and enhance the community value while optimizing residents' living experience. You will coordinate the property's operations and lead a cross-functional on-site team to meet financial and service goals. You drive leasing strategy, cash flow, and risk management, shaping the community's daily performance. This is a hands-on, leadership role within a property management context that values client focus and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive, professional, client-oriented demeanor with all stakeholders
  • Improve community performance to meet or exceed financial and operational targets
  • Direct daily activities across loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and upkeep
  • Develop revenue generation strategies and manage cash flow and leasing strategy
  • Analyze monthly financial statements, variances, cash management, and receivables collection
  • Keep complete community files and finalize audits to ensure accurate lease data in management software
  • Coordinate revenue collection in line with lease obligations
  • Oversee and approve invoices for goods/services required for property maintenance
  • Lead on-site maintenance technicians, office staff, and leasing team
  • Manage resident relations including repairs, rent charges, lease issues, and related concerns
  • Participate in Cardinal U training and monitor Team Member participation
Key requirements
  • Four (4) years' experience in property management
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law, and resident relations
  • Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred
  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Google platform proficiency
  • Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets/forecasts
  • Ability to identify deviations from the financial plan and recommend actions
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Independent project leadership and team collaboration capability
  • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
