You will handle a portfolio of coverage matters from initial assessment to resolution and contribute to litigation strategy and case planning. You collaborate with a legal team to translate research into practical guidance, motions, and briefs, while staying informed on evolving insurance law. Responsibilities- Advise clients on insurance coverage questions, including policy interpretation and claims evaluation
- Manage a portfolio of insurance coverage and related litigation matters from start to finish
- Conduct in-depth legal research and translate findings into actionable recommendations, motions, briefs, and strategy
- Represent clients in court, mediations, settlements, and other contested proceedings
- Review policies, endorsements, and records to assess rights, obligations, and exposure
- Monitor regulatory developments in insurance law and update guidance and planning
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to move matters forward efficiently
