Senior Audit Associate

In this role you will lead and execute financial statement audits for SEC-registered and private clients, ensuring compliance with PCAOB standards and SEC requirements. You'll supervise engagements, guide junior staff, and contribute to audit strategies that strengthen internal controls. You will present findings to clients and stay current with evolving accounting regulations. This hybrid position offers a hands-on, client-facing opportunity to shape audit quality and regulatory compliance in a collaborative team.

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion for SEC-registered and private clients
• Review internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients
• Mentor and train junior audit staff
• Assist in developing audit strategies and methodologies
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and standards

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of auditing or accounting experience
• CPA preferred, not required
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
