Overview In this role you will support billing operations to ensure accurate invoicing and timely processing. You'll work with finance, operations, and cross-functional partners to maintain accounts and resolve billing issues, strengthening order-to-cash integrity. You will monitor billing activity, support audits, and drive process consistency in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and process billing transactions for accurate invoicing
- Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve exceptions
- Support recurring billing cycles, account maintenance, and adjustments
- Partner with finance, operations, and internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Maintain billing records and supporting documentation per internal controls
- Monitor billing activity and reporting to reduce errors and improve processes
- Assist with audit requests, reporting support, and documentation related to billing operations and controls
Key requirements- 2+ years of experience in billing, finance, accounting, order-to-cash, or related operations
- 2+ years of experience analyzing billing records and resolving discrepancies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including large data sets, Macros, V Look-up, and Pivot tables
- Experience maintaining documentation to support billing accuracy and audit readiness
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
