Overview As an HR Business Partner, you will align HR policies with business priorities and guide managers on talent, performance, and employee relations. You will partner with leaders to deliver HR solutions that support growth, succession, and development in a global, matrixed environment. You will analyze people data, drive inclusive practices, and coach teams to improve performance and collaboration. The role is onsite in NW Houston, TX and offers the opportunity to shape HR programs that impact the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to balance business needs with an engaging, people-first culture.
Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to understand strategic priorities and provide HR solutions
- Coach managers and employees on career development, feedback, performance improvement, and conflict resolution
- Manage complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, ensure policy/legal compliance
- Coordinate recruitment and selection, ensuring diverse, qualified hires
- Support succession planning, talent reviews, performance appraisals, and other HR initiatives
- Design and deliver organizational development programs to meet business needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment with collaboration and respect
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities, delivering insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure aligned, consistent HR services
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years as an HR Business Partner or similar in a global, matrixed organization
- HR certification a plus
- Workday experience a big plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese desired
