Insurance Verification Specialist/Medical Receptionist full-time position available in private practice pediatric office, Dearborn, MI.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Verify patient insurance.
    • Updating patient insurance and demographic information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
    • Collecting and communicating copays.
    • Scheduling appointments and performing other general front-office duties
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Specify the level of experience needed (e.g., 1-2 years in a medical office).
    • Highlight strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Desired Qualifications
    • Experience with insurance verification
    • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
