Overview As a Human Resource Business Partner at International Paper, you will support one or more corrugated manufacturing plants and partner with facility leaders to deliver HR services aligned with the company's objectives. You will drive leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, equal employment, and compliance training across the site. The role requires hands-on collaboration with all levels of the organization and weekly travel. Responsibilities- Vendor and plant HR support across multiple sites
- Partner with regional HR and facility management to meet objectives
- Drive leadership development, engagement, performance management, recruitment, EEO, employee relations
- Oversee compliance training and safety-minded HR practices
- Engage with all levels of the organization and travel weekly
Key requirements- 3-6 years HR experience in manufacturing
- Bachelor of Science in HR, business, or related field
- Demonstrated leadership potential
