Overview

In this role you drive Organizational Change Management for a SAP S/4HANA transformation across multiple plants in North America. You'll partner with domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team to maximize adoption, manage risks, and deliver training resources and documentation. You will translate domain knowledge into engaging training materials and lead multi-site enablement efforts, including travel to plants. Your work supports streamlined processes and scalable enablement aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the OCM representative within assigned business domains and drive Power User adoption strategies
  • Identify opportunities where OCM services add value (Business Transformation, Training, Process Mapping, Communications)
  • Deliver hands-on training at different plants and facilities and keep training resources updated
  • Act as liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and OCM, gathering feedback and risks
  • Translate domain knowledge into training documentation and SPLs using Scribe in English and Spanish
  • Maintain and track training deliverables via dashboards (SPLs per sprint)
  • Collaborate with change management areas to provide accurate information
  • Share insights to support smooth adoption and alignment with goals
  • Work with BAs and POs to stay updated on enhancements impacting users
  • Travel 50-75% to multiple plant locations in North America (max 2 consecutive weeks)
Key requirements
  • Subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA domain
  • Training experience and knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Documentation and instructional design experience (Scribe branding)
  • Ability to track execution and maintain dashboards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities for risks and adoption roadblocks
  • Stakeholder management and extracting actionable insights from Power Users
  • Comfort with fast-paced, multi-site projects and shifting priorities
