Overview In this Recruiting Coordinator role, you will support a fast-paced talent acquisition function on a long-term contract in Connecticut. You'll partner with recruiting teams and senior leaders to keep hiring processes moving smoothly while upholding a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. You'll manage precise offer documentation and assist with compensation-related aspects, contributing to a streamlined, high-quality hiring workflow. This role offers visibility across leadership and a chance to shape how we hire, on a scalable and process-driven foundation.
Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and distribute employment offer documentation with precision and completeness
- Assist with compensation administration tied to offers, including incentive-based and equity-related elements where applicable
- Interact effectively with executives and other senior stakeholders, maintaining clear and confident communication
- Coordinate and improve recruiting workflows to increase efficiency and consistency across hiring activities
- Provide support for offer delivery and related follow-up steps as hiring needs evolve
- Maintain job and candidate activity within Greenhouse and support recruiting operations through ATS updates
- Schedule interviews and manage logistics to ensure smooth experiences for candidates and internal participants
