Overview As HRIS Product Lead you will steer the Workday HCM portfolio (Core HR, Onboarding, Security) and act as product owner within HR Systems. You will partner with HR stakeholders to evolve systems, ensure data quality, and manage releases and enhancements. You'll lead system administration, testing, and reporting needs, while driving continuous improvements in HR processes. This role offers visibility into enterprise HR operations and impact on Gartner's people-centric mission.

Responsibilities- Evolve Core HR, Onboarding and Security portfolio and roadmap with HRIS leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with business partners for issue resolution and enhancements
- Oversee Workday Core HR, Onboarding, and Security capabilities within HR Systems
- Own Workday administration: configuration, security, compliance, data quality, and notifications
- Lead vendor releases, feature configuration, testing plans, UAT, and regression testing
- Support operational excellence in HR systems, prioritizing issue resolution and project management for long-term initiatives
- Manage bug/issue resolution: root cause analysis, impact assessment, solution design, testing, and deployment
- Assist Reporting & Analytics in requirements gathering, design, and testing of reports and dashboards
- Configure and process mass data loads via EIB
- Support compliance enablement with regulatory changes in HRIS processes
- Ensure data accuracy through QA efforts and participate in requirements sessions with SMEs, IT, and users
- Support end-user inbound requests and develop knowledge collateral for training and education
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years configuring and managing Workday HCM and other HR systems
- Experience with Workday BP security, EIBs, data auditing, reporting, and calculated fields
- Knowledge of HR business processes
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience developing Workday reports and calculated fields
- Strong service orientation, ownership, and accountability
