Tax Manager - Public

As Tax Manager you will lead tax engagements for a 15-person team, reporting to the managing principal. You will oversee tax compliance and advisory work across multiple client engagements from planning to completion. The role covers individuals, S-Corps, partnerships, and fiduciary returns while driving tax research and project execution. You will contribute to a collaborative, growth minded firm with remote flexibility and a strong local reputation in Andover.

• manage tax engagements from planning through completion
• prepare and review tax returns for individuals, S-Corps, partnerships, and fiduciaries
• provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
• perform tax research and resolve complex tax matters
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to service client needs
• mentor and guide junior staff within the team

• BS degree
• CPA and MST preferred
• 5-10+ years of tax experience in public or private sector
