Family Experience Teammate- Aqua-Tots Swim Schools
(Sales Associate, Enrollment Specialist, Customer Service Representative)
Location: 8405 N Rockwell Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73132
Job Type: Part Time
Pay: $13.00-$15.00
Schedule: Flexible availability required, including afternoons/evenings and Saturdays to meet the needs of the school and season.

What You'll Do
Drive Enrollment & Sales - Connect with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollments. Confidently guide families through program options, schedules, and promotions.
Manage Leads & Follow-Up - Track and follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours to ensure no opportunity is missed and every family receives timely communication.
Support Front Desk Sales Execution - Partner with the front desk team to reinforce sales best practices, support enrollment conversations, and ensure consistency in messaging.
