Duties for our Dental Front Office Assistant

  • Greetings all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Checking in and checking out patients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
  • Recare and treatment calls when needed
  • Must have 5 years experience in a busy dental office, proven track record of excellent customer service, ability to manage a large office and be comfortable handling money.
  • We are only considering experienced candidates at this time-MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE
