Full time front desk person needed to assist Patient Coordinator for busy Chiropractic and Wellness office.
Responsibilities:

direct interaction with patients in person and by telephone to schedule appointments and address questions
collect copays
assist in patient office flow
scanning documents
faxing
patient recalls
insurance verification

Necessary skills:

type at least 40 wpm
be comfortable and compassionate with people
must have prior professional administrative/reception experience. Preferably in a medical setting.
high trainability with the ability to quickly master new software and procedures
must be organized, able to handle multiple tasks with ease and prioritize workload with a smile.
ability to be on your feet

Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch.
